Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on My Pariksha Path platform. By purchasing courses or tests, you agree to these terms.

1. Cancellation

Cancellation is considered only if content has not been accessed.
Once content is consumed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Duplicate payment due to technical issues.
Wrong assignment due to platform error where correction is not possible.
Service delivery failure caused by platform-side cancellation.

3. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds are processed to original payment source within 7-14 working days after approval.
